# Launchpad Rules

By taking part in a Launchpad sale, you agree to the following:

* **Eligibility.** You need a verified (KYC) account in good standing. Some sales are not available in certain countries.
* **One person, one account.** Using several accounts to get around allocation limits leads to disqualification.
* **Allocation limits.** You cannot buy more than the maximum allocation per participant.
* **No fee.** EarnBIT does not charge a participation fee.
* **Vesting applies.** Purchased tokens are released according to the project's vesting schedule.
* **Cancelled projects.** If a project is cancelled, committed funds are **refunded**.
* **Project-specific rules.** Each sale may add its own conditions, shown on its page. You must accept them before buying.

**Risk.** Early-stage tokens are high risk. Prices can fall after listing, and taking part does not guarantee a profit. Always research a project before investing, and only invest what you can afford to lose.
