# Allocation System

**Allocation** is how many tokens you can buy in a Launchpad sale.

#### Allocation models

Depending on the project, allocation is decided by one of these models:

* **First come, first served**: purchases are filled in order until the round sells out.
* **Proportional**: if demand is higher than supply, everyone receives a share in proportion to what they committed.
* **Lottery**: winners are drawn from eligible participants.

The model for each sale is shown on the project page.

#### Minimum and maximum allocation

Every round has a minimum and a maximum purchase per participant, shown in the round details. You can buy several times, but your total cannot exceed the maximum.

#### Purchase Booster

**The more you buy, the more bonus tokens you receive.** Purchase Booster adds extra tokens depending on the size of your purchase. You can see the bonus in the purchase panel before you confirm. For example, on the EBT sale the bonus levels are:

| Your purchases in the sale | Bonus tokens |
| -------------------------- | ------------ |
| $0+ | 0% |
| $100+ | **+2%** |
| $300+ | **+3%** |
| $750+ | **+5%** |
| $1,000+ | **+7%** |
| $1,500+ | **+10%** |

The purchase panel shows how much more you need for the next bonus (e.g. "$99 more to unlock +2% bonus").

#### Token Booster (for EBT holders)

**Token Booster** is a separate programme that gives EBT holders access to exclusive project **airdrops**. Hold at least **50,000 EBT for 15 consecutive days** to qualify. See Token Booster.
