Wait, move your price closer to the market, or use a market order. See Spot Order Types. #### My order filled only partly This is normal. The rest stays open until it fills or you cancel it. #### I cannot place an order * Check that your **available balance** covers the order, including funds already reserved by other open orders. * Check the pair's **minimum order size**. #### I cannot cancel an order, or my tokens were not credited Email with a screenshot of the order or the error message. #### I bought crypto but it is not in my account after several days Email with the transaction hash, and the team will check it.
