# KYC Issues

#### My verification was rejected

The most common reasons:

* the photo is blurry, cropped or has glare
* the document is expired
* the name or date of birth does not match what you entered
* the selfie does not clearly show your face

Fix the issue and submit again.

#### Verification is taking a long time

Review times vary. Some applications need a manual check. If there has been no update for a long time, contact support.

#### I made a mistake in my verification details

Email <support@earnbit.com> with your request.

**Accepted documents:** ID card, passport or driver's licence (personal account). Companies verify with company documents (KYB, business account with higher limits).
