# Deposit Issues

#### My deposit has not arrived

Work through these in order:

1. **Confirmations.** Look up your transaction ID (TXID) on a blockchain explorer. Deposits are credited only after the required number of confirmations.
2. **Network.** Did you send on the same network you selected on the deposit page? Sending on the wrong network can result in loss of funds.
3. **Memo / tag.** For coins such as XRP, XLM and ATOM, did you include the memo/tag? Without it, the deposit cannot be matched to your account.
4. **Minimum amount.** Was the amount above the minimum on <https://earnbit.com/fees>? Deposits below the minimum **will not be processed or credited, and EarnBIT is not liable for the loss** (deposit page notice).

If the transaction is confirmed and everything above is correct, contact support with your **TXID**.

#### I sent crypto on the wrong network or without a memo

Contact support with the TXID, the asset, the network you used and the address. Recovery is not always possible, but support will check what can be done.
