# Account Issues

#### I did not receive the confirmation email

1. Check your **Spam** and **Promotions** folders.
2. Make sure you typed your email correctly.
3. Wait a few minutes and request the code again.
4. Still nothing? Contact <support@earnbit.com>

#### I forgot my password

On the sign-in form, click **Forgot the password?**, enter your email and a new password, and confirm with the code sent to your email.

#### I lost access to my 2FA (authenticator) app

Contact support to reset 2FA. To confirm it is really you, you will need to provide:

* your KYC data
* your account login (email)
* details of your latest deposits and withdrawals

For your security, a 2FA reset is always checked manually. EarnBIT support will **never** ask for your password or your current 2FA code.

#### I think someone else has access to my account

1. Change your password immediately.
2. Enable or reset 2FA.
3. Contact support right away so they can secure the account.
