# Trading

<details>

<summary>How do I place an order?</summary>

Open **Trade**, choose a pair from **Markets**, fill in the Buy/Sell form and confirm. Your order appears in **Active orders**. See Spot Overview.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why hasn't my order filled, when cheaper orders have?</summary>

Orders are filled by other users, not by EarnBIT. Your order fills when someone accepts your price. To fill faster, cancel it and place a new one at a more competitive price, or use a market order.

</details>

<details>

<summary>I ordered 100 tokens but only received 20. Why?</summary>

Orders can fill in parts. The remaining 80 stay in the order book until other users fill them, or until you cancel.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I cancel an order?</summary>

Yes, the part that has not filled yet. Go to **Active orders** and click **Cancel**. Executed trades cannot be reversed.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Where can I see my order history?</summary>

On the Trade page, in the **Order history** tab.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What are the minimum and maximum order sizes?</summary>

They differ for each pair and are shown on the Trade page when you place an order.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What are the trading fees?</summary>

At the Base level, 0.2% for makers and takers, or 0.15% if you pay fees in EBT (switch it on in Fee settings on the Trade page). See Trading Fees.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is Quick Exchange?</summary>

An instant swap between two cryptocurrencies at the current rate, without placing orders. The fee is included in the rate and shown before you confirm. See Convert.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is futures trading available?</summary>

Not yet. Futures are coming soon. See Futures Trading.
